Returns & Exchanges

At Elegy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans once they have been opened. For equipment or merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

• 2.
  Verify Eligibility

  Our team will review your request to ensure items are non-perishable and in original condition; for damaged coffee shipments, please include a photo.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Once approved, securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After we inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
